unhappy with cartilage piercing
These are my piercings on my right ear. They look cute, but I'm unhappy with the fourth one, on the top, why? Mall piercing guns, thats why!Firstly, there are three important pieces of information that anyone considering a cartilage piercing should heed.The first being that just because a cartilage is one of the more "common" piercings, that doesn't mean it is acceptable to get it pierced with a gun. Many malls offer this service, and foolishly I've accepted this twice. I deeply regret this as a piercing gun crushes the ears cartilage, and therefore leaves a rather unattractive bump. Also, to this day, my cartilage piercings aren't fully healed and I've encountered many a problem with them. So, my first piece of advice is to steer clear of the piercing gun, and instead find a piercist who knows what he/she is doing.
I ended up having to go to my ex-boyfriend's friend, who is a professional tattooist, to come and re-pierce mine on my lunch break. I Stupidly went to the local hair salon, to get it pierced, although I grew up living right next to the lady when i was younger, I can safely say she had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!!
Guns are NOT the way to go! They actually RUIN your ears! Go to a professional friend, or even your mom. Safety pins are much less painful, i had mine done with one, and I was back at school feeling no pain.

Thanksgiving in Victor Idaho
We went to my Uncle Travis and Aunt Shoshoni's house in Victor Idaho.
It was pretty fun. First night we were there we went to the bar where Uncle Travis works and had REALLY good food! Then we went back to his house and watched movies and talked, while Justin, my little brother, decided to stick his nose in the parrot cage. Well, Sacaro (the bird) didn't like that so much, and nipped his nose. Then my aunt turned to my mom and said " Now both of your kids have nose piercings!" His nose is fine, he's just not very smart. Not too long after, he stuck his finger into the cage! Sacaro literally charged him as best a bird could and barely missed Justin's finger.
The next day ( Thanksgiving) I woke up to Uncle Travis attempting to put me in a key hole, its a judo move, not exactly something pleasent you would want to wake up to. Sain, their husky\red wolf, jumped on me helping Uncle Travis hold me down. NOT HAPPY!!
Aunt Shoshoni made dinner, and Uncle Travis, knowing what I was eating, failed to tell me the "turkey" I was eating was actually lamb, causing me to literally throw up! Other then that, dinner was good, I asked Aunt Shoni what the meat was before I ate it though. Later that night, Uncle Travis was feeding Lizzard (their Igwana) and forgot to close the cage, so when I was walking by, the iguana whipped my leg, It left a mark, I will post a picture of it.
It was pretty good, I loved it. And Victoria, he said hi
